Launched a new TikTok presence for a grassroots music and arts festival, leveraging the platform to reach over 3 million new accounts. Through a combination of community-building, trend-driven content, and strategically curated paid campaigns, we successfully converted engagement into ticket sales—achieving a 60% increase and outperforming higher-budget Meta campaigns. On-site content creation and real-time audience engagement helped carry this momentum into a refreshed and elevated campaign for 2026.

By taking a community-first approach, we scaled the Reggae Land TikTok account by over 100,000 followers in less than a year, and over 300,000 additional followers on Instagram & Facebook. Through consistent, trend-driven content, strategic influencer partnerships, and active community engagement, we built a highly engaged, loyal audience who guarantee ticket sales every year. Over 21 million views, 1.1 million likes, and 104,000 comments on TikTok alone, attracting a whole new audience to the event.

Designed and executed a high-impact TikTok campaign to launch a brand-new 3-day music festival in Tenerife, targeting audiences across the UK and Europe. Through strategic content and organic engagement, the campaign generated over 1.5 million views across three TikTok posts in just five days. With the assistance of  paid promotion, it successfully drove 20,000+ pre-sale sign-ups for ticket and accommodation packages, leveraging clever targeting and dynamic creative content.

Secret Sessions utilised the same posting strategy for TikTok as IG. Within the 1st month of TikTok Management of a popular underground Ibiza party, we increased organic shares by over 1,800%. Using only organic strategy, we streamlined content viewers into sign-ups by directing them to the Whatsapp group. Organic viewers, turned to captured leads, turned to ticket sales & attendees. A solid case study that shows clearly how effective a tailored TikTok strategy can be.

In just 12 months, our TikTok strategy generated over 2.1 million post views and helped drive 15,000 profile visits, significantly boosting visibility for the brand.
